酉州乌羊不同季节超数排卵的试验研究

Experimental Study of Superovulation on Youzhou Black-Skinned Goat in Different Seasons

目的:探讨不同季节对酉州乌羊超数排卵的影响.方法:选择酉州乌羊作为供体,采用CIDR+PG+FSH法进行超数排卵处理,以快速获得酉州乌羊胚胎,统计胚胎回收数、可用胚数、退化胚数及可利用率.结果:5月、12月2次超排分别回收胚胎273枚、258枚,平均回收胚胎5月[(13.00±5.15)枚/只]略高于12月[(10.44±4.07)枚/只],但差异不具有统计学意义(p>0.05);可用胚胎分别为247枚、210枚,平均可用胚胎分别为5月[(11.76±5.73)枚/只]显著高于12月[(8.52±4.98)枚/只],差异具有统计学意义(p<0.05),胚胎可用率分别为90.48%和81.40%.结论:不同季节对酉州乌羊超数排卵的可用胚数量有一定影响.

Objective：To investigate the effect of superovulation on Youzhou Black-skinned Goat in different seasons.Methods：Youzhou Black-skinned Goat were selected as donor,and treated with CIDR ＋ PG＋FSH to obtain embryos.Then,the collected fresh embryos,available embryos and degenerate embryos were counted.Results：The total number of recovered embryos was 273 and 258in May and in December,respectively.The number of average recovered embryos was（13.00±5.15）in May,which was higher than that of in December（10.44±4.07）,but the difference was not significant（P〉0.05）.The total number of available embryos 247 and 210,respectively.The average number of available embryos was（11.76±5.73）in May,which was higher than that of in December（8.52±4.98）,the difference was significant（P〈0.05）.The availability of embryos was 90.48% and 81.40%,respectively.Conclusion：The different seasons had significant impact on the number of available embryos superovulation for Youzhou Black-skinned Goat.
