鼻内镜下双极电凝止血法治疗难治性鼻出血的疗效和安全性分析

Analysis on the Efficacy and Safety of Bipolar Electric Coagulation Hemostasis in Treatment of Intractable Epistaxis Under Nasal Endoscopy

目的分析鼻内镜下双极电凝止血法治疗难治性鼻出血的疗效和安全性。方法选取我院在2013年12月至2015年12月期间收治的120例难治性鼻出血患者,随机分为对照组和观察组各60例。对照组患者给予传统的鼻腔填塞法治疗,观察组采用鼻内镜下双极电凝止血法治疗。比较两组的临床疗效、不良反应和并发症发生情况。结果观察组治愈率和总有效率分别为95.0%、100.0%,均显著高于对照组的81.7%和91.7%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组头痛头晕、鼻黏膜损伤、鼻窦或中耳感染等不良反应和并发症发生率均显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论鼻内镜下双极电凝止血法治疗难治性鼻出血具有显著的临床效果,且操作简单、经济实用、安全性高,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To analyze the efficacy and safety of bipolar electric coagulation hemostasis in treatment of intractable epistaxis under nasal endoscopy. Methods 1 20 patients with intractable epistaxis treated in our hospital from December 201 3 to December^201 5 were randomly and equally divided into control group and observation group. The control group was given traditional nasal packing,the observation group was given bipolar electric coagulation hemostasis under nasal endoscopy. The clinical efficacy, adverse reactions and complications in two groups were compared. Results The cure rate and total effective rate in observation group were 95.0%, 1 00.0%respectively, significantly higher than 81.7% and 91.7% in control group（P〈0.05）. The incidences of headache and dizziness, nasal mucosa damage, infection of paranasal sinus and middle ear in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusions B ipolar electric coagulation hemostasis in treatment of intractable epistaxis under nasal endoscopy has significant clinical effect, with simple operation and high safety, which is also economical and practical, and worthy of promotion and application.
