摘要
目的评价强骨胶囊对老年性骨质疏松症骨形成的影响。方法选取我院2014年1月至2015年12月收治的老年原发性骨质疏松症患者86例为研究对象,随机均分为试验组和对照组各43例。对照组口服钙制剂治疗,试验组给予强骨胶囊联合钙制剂治疗,两组均给药6个月(2个疗程)。比较两组治疗前后的股骨颈骨密度(BMD)、血清骨钙素(BGP)水平和Ⅰ型前胶原氨基端前肽(PINP)水平。结果治疗前两组股骨颈骨密度、BGP、PINP水平比较差异不显著(P>0.05);治疗3个月、6个月后两组股骨颈骨密度、BGP、PINP水平均显著改善,且试验组改善程度显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论强骨胶囊可以调节骨代谢,影响骨质量,从而影响骨质疏松症的骨形成。
Objective To evaluate the effect of qianggu capsule on the bone formation of senile osteoporosis(OP). Methods A total of 90 cases of senile patients with primary osteoporosis treated in our hospital from January 201 4 to D ecember 201 5 were selected as research subjects. A ll patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 43 cases in each group. The control group was treated with calcium preparations, the experimental group was treated with qianggu capsule combined with calcium preparations.The femoral neck B MD, serum bone gla-protein(B G P) and procollagen Ⅰ N-terminal peptide(PINP) in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results B efore treatment, the femoral neck B MD, levels of B G P and PINP in two groups had no statistical difference(P〉0.05); after treating for three months and six months, the femoral neck B MD, levels of B G P and PINP in two groups improved significantly, and the improvement degree in experimental group was significantly better than that in control group, with statistically significant difference(P〈0.05). Conclusions Q ianggu capsule can regulate the bone metabolism and affect the bone quality, thus affecting the bone formation of osteoporosis.
