Objective To study the clinical effect of diabetic ulcer treated with vacuum drainage technique systematically in primary hospital, so as to provide data reference for treatment in primary hospital. Methods A total of 80 cases of patients with diabetic ulcer in our hospital from June 2014 to January 2016 were selected as research objects. All cases were randomly divided into two groups, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was given traditional surgical wound debridement and change of sterile dressing +conventional blood sugar control and anti-infection treatment + regular rehabilitation guidance, while the experimental group received vacuum drainage technique + point skin implantation or synthetic dressing. The curative effects of wound at 4 weeks and 6 weeks of treatment, treatment cost and rehabilitation effect at discharge were observed and compared between two groups. Results The total effective rates for wound at 4weeks and 6 weeks of experimental group were 77.5%(31 /40) and 95.0%(38/40) respectively, significantly higher than 37.5%(15/40) and 50.0%(20/40) of control group, respectively, with statistical differences(P〈0.05). The treatment cost of experimental group was(30987.6 ±1 568.2) Yuan, significantly lower than(42 541.3 ± 2 658.1) Yuan of control group(P〈0.05). Conclusions V acuum drainage technique has significant clinical effect for the systematical treatment of diabetic ulcer.
