Ahmed青光眼引流阀植入术治疗难治性青光眼的临床研究

Clinical Study on Ahmed Glaucoma Drainage Valve Implantation in the Treatment of Refractory Glaucoma

目的研究Ahmed青光眼引流阀植入术治疗难治性青光眼的临床效果。方法将我院2014年3月至2015年3月收治的难治性青光眼患者106例(106眼)随机均分为两组。对照组采用小梁切除术治疗,观察组采用Ahmed青光眼引流阀植入术治疗。比较两组的手术成功率以及治疗后裸眼视力、眼压、前房深度情况。结果观察组患者手术成功率明显高于对照组(96.23%vs 83.02%,P<0.05)。术后1个月、6个月、1年观察组患者裸眼视力、眼压及前房深度均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 Ahmed青光眼引流阀植入术对难治性青光眼治疗效果较佳,可明显改善视力,控制眼压,恢复前房深度,值得临床推广。

Objective To study the clinical effect of A hmed glaucoma drainage valve implantation in treatment of refractory glaucoma. Methods 1 06 patients（106 eyes） with refractory glaucoma in our hospital from March 201 4 to March 201 5 were randomly and equally divided into two groups. The control group was treated with trabeculectomy, the observation group was treated with A hmed glaucoma drainage valve implantation. The success rate of operation, situations of uncorrected visual acuity, intraocular pressure and anterior chamber depth in two groups were compared. Results The success rate of operation in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group（96.23% vs 83.02%, P〈0.05）. The uncorrected visual acuity, intraocular pressure and anterior chamber depth in observation group one month, six months and one year after surgery were significantly better than those in control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusions A hmed glaucoma drainage valve implantation in treatment of refractory glaucoma has better clinical effect, and can significantly improve the uncorrected visual acuity, control the intraocular pressure, restore the anterior chamber depth, which is worthy of promotion.
