多重耐药菌医院感染防控中多部门联合干预的效果观察 被引量:5

Observation on the Effect of Multi-Sectoral Joint Intervention Model in Hospital Infection Prevention and Control of Multiple Drug-Resistant Organisms

摘要 目的探讨多部门联合干预模式在多重耐药菌医院感染防控中的应用效果。方法选择我院2015年1月至2016年2月临床收治的病人70例,随机分为两组各35例,观察组应用多部门联合干预模式,对照组进行常规干预防控模式,比较两组的干预效果。结果观察组的医护人员疾病知识知晓合格情况、医疗环境消毒达标情况、医护人员手卫生合格情况、多重耐药菌感染发生情况均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的抗生素1联用药、2联用药、3联及以上用药发生情况均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多重耐药菌医院感染防控中应用多部门联合干预模式可显著降低多重耐药菌的医院感染发生情况,提高医护人员疾病知识知晓及医疗环境达标情况,效果确切,值得临床推广。 Objective To explore the application effect of multi-sectoral joint intervention model in hospital infection prevention and control of multiple drug-resistant organisms. Methods A total of 70 cases of patients in our hospital from January 2015 to February 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 35 cases in each group. The control group received routine intervention model,while the observation group received multi-sectoral joint intervention model. The intervention effects were compared between two groups.Results The observation group was superior to the control group in the qualified rate rate of knowledge of disease of medical staff,standard-reaching rate of medical environmental disinfection, qualified rate of hand hygiene of medical staff, and incidence of multi-drug resistant infections(P〈0.05); A lso, the observation group was superior to the control group in the situations of 1 united, 2 united, and 3united and above antibiotic medication(P〈0.05). Conclusions Multi-sectoral joint intervention model in hospital infection prevention and control of multiple drug-resistant organisms can significantly reduce the infection of multi-drug resistant in hospital, improve the knowledge level of disease of medical staff, and improve the situation of qualified medical environmental disinfection.
