小儿股骨骨折连体式悬吊皮牵引的护理研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的通过对小儿股骨骨折连体式悬吊皮牵引术的改良,为小儿股骨骨折的护理和医疗提供一种更为合理、疗效确切的牵引方式。方法选择小儿股骨骨折悬吊牵引患儿20例,随机分成两组各10例。观察组采取连体式悬吊皮牵引,对照组采取常规悬吊牵引,两组均牵引3周,随访3个月,观察牵引的疗效、步态分析情况。结果两组牵引的效果、步态分析结果无统计学差异(P>0.05);A组的牵引调整次数为(0.5±1.08)次,显著少于B组的(2.1±1.02)次,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对小儿股骨骨折采用连体式悬吊皮牵引可减少调整次数,有效防止肢体旋转畸形。 Objective To provide an effective traction mode for nursing and medical treatment of pediatric femoral fractures by improving the routine traction. Methods A total of 20 cases of children with femoral fractures were randomly divided into two groups, with1 0 cases in each group. G roup A adopted conjoined hanging skin traction, while group B adopted routine hanging skin traction. B oth groups received traction for 3 weeks, and were followed up for 3 months. The effect of traction and result of gait analysis were compared between two groups. Results No statistical difference was found between two groups in the effect of traction and result of gait analysis(P〈0.05).The adjustment of traction of group A was(0.5 ± 1.08) times, significantly fewer than(2.1 ± 1.02) times of group B, with statistical difference(P〈0.05). Conclusions Conjoined hanging skin traction in pediatric femoral fractures can reduce the adjustment frequency of traction, and effectively prevent the rotational deformity of limbs.
