社区新发高血压患者初始药物治疗的依从性及相关影响因素分析

Analysis on Compliance and Related Influencing Factors of Initial Drug Treatment of New-Onset Hypertensive Patients in Community

目的探讨社区新发高血压患者药物治疗的依从性及影响因素。方法随机选择150例于新诊断的原发性高血压患者进行问卷调查,了解患者药物治疗的依从性及影响因素。结果 150例患者中用药依从性好的47例(占31.3%),用药依从性差的103例(占68.7%)。其中,对高血压的认知水平、文化程度、经济状况、病情严重程度等是社区新发高血压患者用药依从性的影响因素。结论社区新发高血压患者的用药依从性有待提高,应加强健康教育,从提高患者对高血压病的认知方面制定护理策略。

Objective To explore the compliance and related influencing factors of drug treatment of new-onset hypertensive patients in community. Methods A total of 150 cases of new-onset hypertensive patients in community were randomly selected. All cases received questionnaire investigation to knowthe compliance and influencing factors of drug treatment of patients. Results Among 150 cases in this study, 47 cases（31.3%） had good medication compliance, and 103 cases（68.7%） had poor medication compliance. Cognition level of hypertension, educational level, economic status and severity of disease were the influencing factors of medication compliance of patients.Conclusions New-onset hypertensive patients in community still have poor medication compliance. Health education should be strengthened, and care strategy should be focused on improving patients＇ cognition of hypertension.
