摘要
建立Q235H型型钢梁柱焊接节点在地震循环荷载作用下的累积损伤模型,考虑两类不同位置和大小的焊缝缺陷对节点抗震性能的影响,模拟地震作用下对节点进行弹塑性有限元分析,得到具有不同焊接缺陷节点的塑性应变,根据建立的损伤模型计算出相应的损伤指数,以衡量节点损伤程度。结果表明,焊接缺陷的截面分布和尺寸大小的不同对节点损伤产生不同程度的影响,工艺孔附近的焊接缺陷对节点造成的损伤较大,有焊接缺陷节点的损伤指数可达无焊接缺陷节点的2.24倍。
An accumulative damage model of Q235H beam-to-column welded joints under seismic load is established, allowing for effects of 2 types weld defect. The non-linear finite analysis of joint under seismic load is conducted by ANSYS programs. The plas- tic stain of joints with different weld defects is obtained and the damage indices are calculated by the accumulative damage model to evaluate the damage degree of the welded joints. The results show that the location of welded defect has effect on the damage of joints. The damage index of the joints near the auxiliary hole is 2. 25 times of that of connections without welded defect.
