血清25-(OH)D_3在儿童急性淋巴细胞白血病治疗及预后中的临床意义 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨在急性淋巴细胞白血病(ALL)患儿治疗前后血清25-(OH)D_3的变化情况。方法选取43例年龄2~12岁初诊的ALL患儿,另选41例健康儿童对照组。检测所有儿童的血清25-(OH)D_3水平、钙、磷、碱性磷酸酶及甲状旁腺素水平。ALL患儿在化疗6个月及12个月时分别复查血清25-(OH)D_3水平。结果初诊ALL患儿血清25-(OH)D_3水平较对照组低(P〈0.05),ALL患儿血清钙离子、磷离子、碱性磷酸酶及甲状旁腺素水平与对照组差异均无统计学意义(均P〉0.05)。ALL化疗后6个月及12个月血清25-(OH)D_3水平均较初诊时高(均P〈0.05)。且化疗后25-(OH)D_3水平与对照组差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论血清25-(OH)D_3的水平在儿童ALL的诊断及不同的治疗阶段的变化能够作为判断病情的发展及评估效果的一项指标。
