Construction and Research on the Development Strategy of Guangdong Shipping Talents under the Background of The Belt and Road

建设广州国际航运中心亟需大量高端航运人才。借助"一带一路"战略契机,广州应认真分析建设航运中心的人才发展现状,直面其航运人才数量短缺、质量不高、就业动力不足、教育培训有限等问题。通过建立航运高端人才引进机制、完善航运人才培养机制、构建航运人才预测与规划机制、健全航运人才激励保障机制等措施,构建有效的航运人才发展战略。

Construction of international Guangzhou shipping center is badly in need of a large number of high-end shipping talents. By means of the Belt and Road strategic opportunity, Guangzhou shall carefully analyze the current situation of talent development in the construction of the shipping center, facing such problems as shortage of shipping talents, lack of motivation in employment quality and limited education training. Through establishment of shipping high-end talent introduction mechanism, improvement of the training system of shipping talents,construction of talent planning and forecasting mechanism and improvement of the talent incentive mechanism to construct effective development strategies of shipping talents.
