The new trend of higher education development and new demands of the growing number of students have attracted more and more scholars to pay attention to self-planning and management level. The special status of higher vocational students in the higher education community and their own characteristics determines the unique characteristics in self-planning and management abilities. Based on the status quo of the students＇ self-planning and management abilities, the paper discusses the effective way to elevate the students＇ self-planning and management abilities.
