摘要
面试是事业单位公开招聘的关键程序,是全面了解应聘人员综合素质的重要手段。随着事业单位公开招聘规模的逐渐扩大,面试环节也逐渐被社会关注,需要科学、有效的测评体系和完善严密的测评制度加以规范。针对面试过程中存在的种种问题,需要通过针对专业特点和岗位需求设计测试内容、创新面试方法、科学设定测试标准等途径提升面试的质量,实现"人岗相适"。
The interview is the key program for recruitment of public institutions and an important means to know about comprehensive qualities of the candidates. With the gradual growing scale of recruitment, the interview process has drawn more attention from the society. Therefore, a scientific and effective evaluation system is needed to regulate it. In the presence of all sorts of problems in the interview process, the contents are designed according to the professional characteristics and the job requirements; the interview method shall be innovated; scientific test standards shall be set. All the approaches are used to enhance the interview quality and achieve Posts in Accordance with Personnel.
