摘要
目的探索β蛋白1(BP1)在结肠癌组织中的表达及临床意义,以期为临床诊疗提供参考。方法分析2010~2013年接受手术治疗的82例结肠癌患者的临床资料,检测肿瘤组织及癌旁组织内BP1的表达,并探讨BP1的表达量与临床病理特征和预后的相关性。结果结肠癌组织的BP1表达阳性率(67.1%)显著高于癌旁组织的BP1阳性表达率(19.5%),差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。BP1的表达与患者的临床分期及病理分级显著相关(P〈0.05)。患者肿瘤组织内BP1表达水平与外周血CEA水平呈显著正相关关系(r=0.706,P〈0.05)。BP1阳性患者术后2年累积生存率显著低于BP1阴性患者,差异具有统计学意义(16.36%,9/55 vs.40.74%,11/27;Log-rankχ~2=6.327,P=0.012)。结论 BP1在结肠癌中呈现高表达,且其水平升高提示预后不良。
Objective To examine the expression of Beta protein 1(BP1)and its correlation with the clinicopathologic characteristics in colon carcinoma and analyze its clinical significance. Methods Specimens from 82 patients with colon carcinoma from our hospital between 2010 and 2013 were included in this study. Immunohistochemical staining was used to detect the expression of BP1 in Carcinoma tissue(CT)and Para- carcinoma tissue(P - CT). Then,the correlation between the expression and clinical characteristics of patients were analyzed. Furthermore, survival analysis were performed according to the Kaplan - Meier method. Results The positive expression rate of BP1 in CT and P - CT were 67. 1% and 19. 5% ,respectively,the difference was statistically significant( P 〈 0. 05). BP1 expression was significantly associated with tumor stage and histologic grading( P 〈 0. 05). Correlation analysis showed that the levels of BP1 had significant positive correlation with CEA for colon carcinoma patients( r = 0. 706,P 〈 0. 05). BP1 positive patients had a lower cumulative survival rate 2 years after surgery than that of BP1 nega-tive patients,the difference was statistically significant(16. 36% ,9 / 55 vs. 40. 74% ,11 / 27;Log - rank χ2 = 6. 327,P = 0. 012). Conclusion These results indicate that the expression of BP1was closely related with the progression of colon carcinoma and may have clinical utility in the prediction of prognosis of colon carcinoma.
