散叶烘烤过程中叶间隙风速变化的影响因素分析 被引量:1

摘要 为研究烘烤过程中影响叶间隙风速变化的主导因素,对烘烤过程中不同棚次的温度、相对湿度(RH)、水气压亏缺(VPD)以及叶间隙风速进行监测记录,并及时取样测定叶片与主脉含水率,并对不同阶段的烤房内的空气温度、相对湿度、水气压亏缺以及烟叶含水率与风速进行通径分析,结果表明,烘烤过程中叶间隙风速以及温度等4个烘烤环境参数与烟叶含水率的变化均表现为下棚>中棚>上棚,且在循环风机高速运行阶段差异较大。下棚烟叶在循环风机低速运转阶段I时的水气压亏缺与叶片含水率对叶间隙风速有较大的直接影响,直接通径系数分别为-0.382 6与0.350 9;循环风机高速运行阶段影响整个烤房叶间隙风速变化的主导因素是温度与主脉含水率,直接通径系数分别为-0.808 7与0.742 3;循环风机低速运行阶段II时的温度为影响整个烤房烟叶间隙风速变化的主导因素,直接通径系数为0.922 0。 In order to research the key influencing factors for the change of wind speed of leaves gap in different cured stage about the curing process, the wind speed of leaves gap, the temperature, the rela- tive humidity (RH) and the vapor pressure difference (VPD) of the hot air of different shed times were recorded all the time, and the moisture content of leaves and main veins were measured, then the path analysis of the temperature, the relative humidity (RH), the vapor pressure difference, the moisture content of leaves and main veins with the wind speed of leaves gap were researched about different stage in the curing process. The results showed that the winding wind speed of leaves gap and other factors were the lower shed 〉 the middle shed 〉 the upper shed, moreover, there were significant difference in three sheds about the winding wind speed of leaves gap and other factors in the high speed stage of circulating blower working. The moisture content of leaves and VPD had more important direct influence on the leaves gap wind speed in the low speed I stage of circulating blower working, and the direct path coefficient was - 0. 382 6 and 0. 350 9 ; The leading factors were the moisture content of main veins and temperature which influence the change of wind speed of leaves gap, and the direct path coefficient was - 0. 808 7 and 0. 742 3 in the high speed stage of circulating blower working about tobacco in the lower shed. The leading factor was temperature which influences the change of wind speed of leaves gap, and the direct path coefficient was 0. 922 0 in the high speed stage of circulating blower working.
