植物油中多环芳烃脱除技术的研究 被引量:6

摘要 以亚麻籽油为原料,研究了使用复合吸附剂物理吸附的方法脱除食用植物油中的多环芳烃(PAHs)。结果表明:由活性炭和白土按质量比1∶2组成的复合吸附剂对精炼亚麻籽油中PAHs的脱除效果最佳;对于精炼亚麻籽油最优脱除工艺条件为吸附温度100℃、吸附时间20 min,在此工艺条件下,当精炼亚麻籽油中PAHs含量较高时,每增加1%吸附剂可以吸附B(a)P 10~15μg/kg、4种PAHs(B(a)P、苯并(a)蒽、苯并(b)荧蒽、)40~50μg/kg;对于冷榨亚麻籽油最优脱除工艺条件为吸附温度40℃,吸附时间20 min,在此工艺条件下,当冷榨亚麻籽油中PAHs含量较高时,每增加1%吸附剂可以吸附B(a)P约7μg/kg、4种PAHs约30μg/kg。 With flaxseed oil as raw material, the removal of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) from edible plant oils by physical adsorption of composite adsorbent was studied. The results showed that the composite adsorbent composed of activated carbon and clay in a mass ratio of 1: 2 had the best remov- al effect on PAHs from refined flaxseed oil. For refined flaxseed oil, the optimal removal conditions were obtained as follows:adsorption temperature 100℃, adsorption time 20 min. Under these conditions, ev- ery 1% increase of the adsorbent could adsorb 10 - 15ug/kg of B (a) P and 40 - 50 I-tg/kg of four kinds of PAHs ( B (a) P, benz (a) anthracene, benzo (b) fluoranthene and chrysene ) when the content of PAHs in refined flaxseed oil was high. For cold -pressed flaxseed oil, the optimal removal conditions were ob- tained as follows:adsorption temperature40℃, adsorption time 20 rain. Under these conditions, every 1% increase of the adsorbent could adsorb about 7 ug/kg of B(a) P and 30 ug/kg of four kinds of PAHs when the content of PAHs in cold - pressed flaxseed oil was high.
