注射用油茶籽油的生产实践

Production practice of oil-tea camellia seed oil for injection

探讨油茶籽油用于注射用油的精炼加工方法。精炼工艺参数设定为：碱液质量分数3.65%～8.07%,超碱量0.2%,常温碱炼,碱炼时间20 min;2.3%～2.8%活性白土与0.59%活性炭混合脱色,脱色时间20 min,脱色温度90℃;脱脂温度1～2℃,脱脂时间24～40 h;脱臭温度200～230℃,脱臭时间20～40 min;过滤机孔径0.5～1.0μm。在此条件下,油茶籽毛油酸值（KOH）为7 mg/g时,精炼率达到88%～89%。实践结果表明：生产的注射用油茶籽油符合国家药典要求。

The refining process of oil - tea camellia seed oil for injection was discussed. The refining process parameters were set as follows ： mass fraction of lye 3.65% - 8.07%, excessive alkali 0.2%, refining at room temperature,alkali refining time 20 min;respective dosage of white clay and activated carbon 2.3% - 2.8% and 0.59%, bleaching time 20 min, bleaching temperature 90 ℃ ; defatting temperature 1 - 2 ℃, de- fatting time 24 - 40 h; deodorization temperature 200 - 230 ℃, deodorization time 20 - 40 min; pore size of filter 0.5 - 1. 0 μm. Under these conditions, when the acid value of crude oil - tea camellia seed oil was 7 mgKOH/g,the refining rate reached 88% -89%. The production practice result indicated that the oil -tea camellia seed oil for injection was accord with the requirement of national pharmacopoeia.
