摘要
借助河北省环京津地区乡土人才队伍建设社会调研活动,对河北省张家口市西榆林村进行实地调查和深度访谈,在文献调查为补充的基础上,分析当地乡土人才的形成背景、定义分类、主要作用和流动状况,为建设留得住、干得好、流得动的乡土人才队伍提出建议。
