DCs、Th17及Treg在COPD发病机制中作用的研究进展 被引量:11

摘要 COPD可能为一种自身免疫性疾病,其发病可能与自身免疫系统的调节紊乱有关,树突状细胞(dendritic cells,DCs)是目前已知功能最强且唯一可激活初始T细胞的抗原递呈细胞,研究表明DCs作为一种抗原递呈细胞直接参与了COPD的慢性炎症过程。辅助性T细胞17和调节性T细胞是CD4+T细胞的两个亚群,两者在分化和功能上相互拮抗,该平衡的维持对于维持机体免疫环境发挥重要作用,其失衡可引起全身或局部异常免疫反应。本文就DCs、Treg及Th17在COPD发病机制中作用的研究进展进行阐述。
