摘要 肿瘤转移是指肿瘤细胞从原发部位侵入淋巴管、血管或体腔,迁徙到他处继续生长,是恶性肿瘤细胞的主要特征。肿瘤转移是一个复杂的多因素调控的过程。目前对于肿瘤转移的发生机制存在多种研究,包括基因突变、肿瘤干细胞、肿瘤细胞与微环境、细胞外基质,肿瘤血管生成,肿瘤细胞与骨髓源性细胞融合等,具体机制仍不明确。关于肿瘤细胞与骨髓源性细胞融合对肿瘤转移的影响研究相对较少,文中对这一方面研究的最新进展进行综述。 Metastasis is the main characteristic of malignant tumor, refers to the tumor cells of invasion into lymphatic ves- sels, blood vessels, or seeding within body cavity, and forming the same tumor as the primary tumors. Metastasis is a complex process which is made up of several steps. There are multiple factors which are related to the regulation of the tumor metastasis, including gene mutation, tumor stem cells, tumor cells and mieroenviroment, extracelluar matrix, angiogenesis, fusion of tumor cells and bone marrow derived cells(BMDCs) , and so on. Compared with other aspects of metastasis, there were few research about tumor cells-BMDCs fusion. This review focuses on the new results of the tumor cells-BMDCs fusion in tumor metastasis.
