教育转型是教育对社会的适应,也是教育实现自身跨越式发展的必然要求。地方高校转型发展是国家经济转型发展的需要,是高等教育结构性调整的需要,也是地方高校走向内涵发展的本质回归。地方高校要明确服务区域经济发展的办学定位,构建对接产业链、创新链的专业结构体系,建立校企合作的体制机制,创新协同育人的人才培养模式,向应用技术大学转型。

Transformation of education is not only adaptable but also inevitable to realize leap- forward development. Transformation of local university development is very necessay for both the development of national economic transformation and higher education structural adjustment. And it provides the opportunities with the local universities to return to the nature of connotation development. Local university should define the school- running orientation of serving the regional economic development,construct the docking industry chain and the innovation chain system of professional structure,set up the system of university- enterprise cooperation mechanism and innovative cooperative education personnel training mode to develop into the colleges and universities of applied technology.
