少年儿童组织认同现状及其教育策略研究 被引量:11

摘要 通过少年儿童组织认同量表来分析6-13岁少年儿童的少先队组织认同现状,研究结果表明7-13岁少年儿童对少先队组织的情感认同、认知认同、行为认同以及活动认同上存在差异。基于此结果,研究者提出了采用加强组织思想意识教育、创新少先队实践活动、有针对性地培育少年儿童与少先队组织的感情,以及制订规范的少先队行为四种策略来提升少年儿童对少先队组织的认同。 Enhancing Young Pioneers' organizational identification can not only help to cultivate the responsibilities of the builders and successors of the motherland,but also improve the children's socialization. In this paper the author analyzes the current situation of the Young Pioneers( aged 6- 13) organizational identification by Young Pioneers Organizational Identification scale( Y- OI),finds that there are the differences of emotional identification,cognitive identification,behavior identification and activity identification among aged 6- 13 Young Pioneers,and meanwhile proposes four strategies to enhance Young Pioneers' organization identification accordingly.
