世界主要国家和地区教育信息化项目推进与启示

Development and Enlightenment of Educational Information Projects in the World's major Countries and Regions

通过介绍澳大利亚"数字教育革命"、欧盟"数字化议程"、美国"连接教育"和韩国"智慧教育"四个教育信息化项目,对这四个教育信息化项目的共同特征进行了总结并得出四个启示:一是采用UGSE协同创新模式,全面推进信息化能力建设;二是加强教师ICT能力建设与提升;三是推进数字化学习资源的共建共享;四是UGSE协同创新模式助力智慧教育创新发展。

This paper introduces the Australia＇s ＂ digital education revolution＂,the EU＇s ＂ digital agenda＂,the United States＇ ＂ connection education＂ and South Korea＇s ＂ wisdom education＂,summarizes the common characteristics of the four educational information programs and obtains four enlightenments as follows： adopting the UGSE collaborative innovation model to comprehensively promote the construction of the information technology,strengthening and improving teachers＇ ICT competence; promoting the sharing of digital learning resources; and using UGSE collaborative innovation mode to power the innovation and development of education.
