贫困地区农村老年人体育行为保障体系构建研究——以四川川东贫困地区为例

A Study of the Construction of the Security System of the Old People's Sports Behavior in the Poor Rural Areas——A Case Study of the Poor Rural Areas in Eastern Sichuan Province

通过采用文献资料法、走访调查等方法对川东地区贫困县老年人体育活动场地、体育活动的组织、管理及指导、老年人体质监测、体育文化等方面情况进行收集整理,在全面调查贫困农村体育服务现状的基础上,分析农村体育服务取得成绩,找出存在问题,研究如何建立农村老年人体育服务体系,对体育服务体系中直接影响服务效果的"体育活动场地设施、活动组织、活动管理、活动指导等"及保障机制展开研究,希望能为贫困地区农村老年人体育服务的相关研究提供参考借鉴。

Through literary reviews and visiting surveys,the paper investigates and analyzes the elderly people＇s activity fields,the organization,the management and the guidance of the elderly people ＇s sports activities,the elderly people＇s physique monitoring and sports and culture in the poor counties of the eastern part of Sichuan province. On the basis of comprehensive investigation of poverty rural sports service status and analysis of the rural sports service achievements,the author in this paper finds out problems and puts forward strategies on how to establish the elderly sports service system,and analyzes ＂ sports fields and facilities,the organization,the management and the instruction of activities＂ and security mechanism research,hoping to bring references to the research on the elderly people＇s sports service in poor rural areas.
