摘要 随着互联网、大数据等新兴技术的发展,我国个人征信市场化的步伐逐渐加快,互联网征信成为个人征信市场化的主要形式。互联网征信涉及面广、信息获取效率高、服务功能凸显,能够满足人们日益增长的个人信用信息需求。互联网征信在个人信用信息的采集、处理、应用等方面存在风险,在互联网条件下,这些风险的危害性更加突出。有必要从互联网征信机构的市场准入、互联网征信信息的规范、个人信息主体的保护等方面着手,对我国互联网条件下的个人征信市场化进行合理的法律规制。 With the development of Internet,big data and other emerging technologies,the pace of China's personal credit market is gradually quickening and the Internet credit has become the main form of personal credit marketization. Internet information involves a wide range,the high efficiency of information access and excellent service functions,which can meet the growing demand of personal credit information. But Internet credit has potential risks in personal credit information collection,processing and application,and especially in the Internet context,these risks are much worse and therefore it is necessary to legally regulate China's personal credit marketization in the aspects of Internet credit institutions' access to the market,Internet credit information regulation and personal information protection.
