非营养性吸吮与循环光照对早产儿生长发育的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨非营养性吸吮与循环光照对早产儿生长发育的影响。方法将120例早产儿按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各60例。2组均接受常规治疗及护理,观察组在此基础上给予非营养性吸吮及循环光照。观察第14天2组早产儿的体质量、头围、身高增长情况。结果观察组在出生后第14天体质量为(2 061.2±129.7)g、头围为(31.5±1.3)cm、身高为(42.6±1.5)cm,其增长情况均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论非营养性吸吮与循环光照能较早实现足量胃肠喂养,促进胃肠道的发育和功能成熟,改善早产儿营养状况,减少光线刺激和能量利用,促进早产儿睡眠和体格的生长发育。 Objective To study the effects of nonnutritive sucking and cycled light on the growth of premature infants.Methods A total of 120 premature infants were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 60 infants in each group.Both groups were offered routine therapy and nursing care.The observation group was additionally appeased with nonnutritive sucking and cycled light.Body weight,height and head circumference were measured in both groups.Results On the 14th day after birth,the body weight,height and head circumference were,respectively,(2061.2±129.7)g,(42.6±1.5)cm and(31.5±1.3)cm in observation group. Compared with control group,the growth was obviously improved in observation group (P〈0.05).Conclusion Nonnutritive sucking and cycled light can early achieve enough gastrointestinal feeding,facilitate gastrointestinal development and maturity,improve nutrition condition,reduce light stimulation,promote sleep,decrease energy use and accelerate physical growth in premature infants.
