摘要
以某热水壶外壳为例,利用Moldflow的最佳浇口位置分析、成型窗口分析和冷却+流动+翘曲分析等模块结果优化了注射工艺参数和模具的流道、冷却系统;用CREO创建了模哈夫模结构并加载了标准模架,表明两种软件结合使用对提高试模成功率和塑件质量很有帮助.
Taking some hot pot shell as an example,injection process parameters along with and the runner system,cooling system of mold were optimized by Moldflow modules of best gate location,molding window and cool + flow + warp; the half mold construct was created and the standard moldbase was loaded in CREO software,all of which states that combination of Moldflow and CREO contributes to improving mold testing and plastic quality.
