摘要 对一种新型气动柔性关节-双驱型单向弯曲关节进行结构参数优化,使其能够同时拥有良好的弯曲变形能力,较大的加持能力和横向刚度.影响此关节性能的因素有弹簧钢板的宽度、厚度和气压,为了简化实验并同时取得良好的试验效果,采用正交试验设计对其结构参数进行优化设计。由于试验性能指标有三个,所以此实验为多指标正交试验设计,采用综合分析法选出最优组合.结果表明:弹簧片厚度为0.25 mm,宽度为12 mm,气压值为0.3 MPa时,双驱型单向弯曲关节综合性能最优. This paper on a new type of gas moving flexible joint and double drive type unidirectional bending joint structure parameters are optimized,so that it can have good deformation ability at the same time,larger blessing capacity and lateral stiffness. The factors that affect the performance of this joint are the width,thickness and pressure of spring steel plate. In order to simplify the experiment and obtain good experimental results,the structural parameters are optimized by orthogonal test design. Because the test performance index has three,so this experiment is a multi index orthogonal experiment design,using the comprehensive analysis method to choose the best combination. The results show that the thickness of the spring sheet is 0. 25 mm,the width is 12 mm,the air pressure value is 0. 3 MPa,the composite performance of the double drive one-way bending joint is optimal.
