不同补光时间对日光温室甜瓜生长发育的影响 被引量:9

摘要 试验以LED植物生长灯为补光材料,采用单因素完全随机区组实验设计进行,研究不同补光时间对温室甜瓜生长发育的影响。结果表明:在整个生育期的补光试验中,补光1 h维生素C含量最高;补光3 h对株高和果实纵向生长促进效果最大,可溶性固形物含量最高;5 h对茎粗、植株干鲜质量影响最大,可溶性糖含量和糖酸比最高;补光7 h产量最大。苗期补光7 h、伸蔓期5 h、结果期1 h时甜瓜长势、品质及产量最优。 LED plant growth lights were used as supplemental illumination material in this study. The effect of differ-ent duration of supplemental illumination on the growth of melon was investigated by using a single factor of complete-ly randomized block experimental design. The results showed that in the whole growth period of the test, the VC con-tent was the highest in the treatment of supplemental illumination for 1 hour; the plant height and fruit longitudinal growth were greatly promoted with the highest soluble solid content in the treatment of supplemental illumination for 3 hours;after supplemental illumination for 5 hours, the stem diameter was promoted, the plant fresh and dry weight were significantly affected, soluble sugar content and sugar acid ratio were the highest; the yield was the highest in the treatment of supplemental illumination for 7 hours. When the light was added for 7 hours at seedling stage, 5 hours at the vine elongation stage, and 1 hour at fruiting stage, the growth and quality of melon was the best.
