摘要
永磁同步直线电机传统模糊PID控制难以适应变负载工况。针对这一问题,建立永磁同步直线电机数学模型,利用模糊PID,通过设计干扰观测器对因负载变化带来的干扰进行补偿,来实现对永磁同步直线电机速度的精确控制。通过对控制策略进行仿真验证,证明基于干扰观测器的模糊PID控制策略的控制效果明显优于传统的模糊PID控制。
It is difficult to control a permanent magnet synchronous linear motor by traditional fuzzy PID controllor because it does not adapt to varying load condition.In order to solve this problem,the mathematical model of a permanent magnet synchronous linear motor was set up by using fuzzy PID,a disturbance observer was designed to compensate the disturbance of load change,and the precise control of permanent magnet synchronous linear motor speed was realized.MATLAB/Simulink was applied to the simulation of the control strategy.The results prove that the effect of the fuzzy PID control strategy based on disturbance observer control is superior to the traditional fuzzy PID control.
