摘要
为了有效地减小换档冲击、缩短换档时间,通过对选换档过程中发动机的控制机理以及发动机转速与转矩控制的理想特性曲线进行分析,提出了AMT重型商用车发动机转速与转矩的控制策略,并在试验车上进行了道路验证。结果表明,所提出的发动机控制策略有利于提高换档品质,满足实时性要求。
In order to effectively reduce shift impact and shorten shift time of AMT vehicle,an engine control strategy for heavy duty AMT vehicle during gear shifting is worked out,based on the analysis of the control mechanism and the ideal speed and torque curves of engine.The results of test on vehicle show that the engine control strategy proposed is beneficial to improve the shift quality and meets the real-time requirement.
