摘要
非接触磁力驱动装置的前进运动是通过永磁体与铁质导轨齿条凸齿间的吸引力配合伺服电机的驱动力实现的,永磁驱动轮与铁质导轨齿条之间没有直接的表面接触,其具有加工容易、非接触传动、成本较低、维修方便等优点,可作为一种经济型的长距离前进磁力驱动装置。为了对驱动装置的传动特性进行研究,对驱动装置的磁场进行分析计算,利用有限元软件仿真分析驱动装置的磁感应强度分布,得出驱动装置的力特性曲线。
Non-contact magnetic driving device is driven by the attraction between the permanent magnet and the iron guide rack and the driving force of the servo motor,which has the advantages of easy processing,non-contact transmission,low cost and convenient maintenance.In order to study the driving characteristics of the driving device,the magnetic field of the driving device is analyzed and calculated.The magnetic induction intensity distribution is analyzed by using finite element simulation analysis,and the curves of driring force are obtained.
