摘要
为了提高车载式修井机作业设备的强度与工作效率,以辽河油田的工作情况为基础,以车载式修井机作业设备中的桁架作为研究对象,利用有限元分析软件ANSYS对桁架进行建模,并对桁架进行静力学分析,得出其应力与位移的变化;对桁架的结构进行优化,将新结构的应力、位移变化云图与优化前的进行对比,结果表明新结构的安全系数明显增大。最后对桁架进行模态分析,得到桁架的振动频率与主振型,为安全使用桁架提供依据。
In order to improve the working efficiency of a vehicle-mounted workover rig,on the basis of the working situation of Liaohe Oilfield,by taking the truss of the vehicle-mounted workover rig as the research object,the model of the truss was set up with the finite element analysis software ANSYS,the static analysis on the truss was conducted by ANSYS,the changes of the stress and displacement were concluded,the truss structure was optimized,and the stress and displacement nephograms of new structure were compared with the previous ones.The results showed that the safety factor of the new structure was increased.Finally,the paper carried out modal analysis on the truss by means of ANSYS,and found out the truss vibration frequency and vibration mode,which provided the basis for the safe use of truss.
