摘要
门座式起重机是现代工业生产中不可缺少的设备,广泛应用在对物料的起重、运输、装卸等作业中,大大提高了劳动生产率。门架结构支承着旋转平台及其上面的所有结构,门架的稳定性决定着整机的稳定性。通过对不同门架结构型式的门座起重机进行应力测试,分析了门架结构的受力情况,得到了门架典型的应力分布状态。
Portal cranes are widely used in lifting,transportation,loading and unloading of materials and so on,which can greatly raise the labour productivity.The gantry is bearing the rotating platform and all above the platform,the stability of the gantry decides the stability of the crane.This article carried out the stress test to different gantry structures of portal cranes,analyzed the force on the gantry structure,and got the stress distribution of gantry.
