CANopen协议在风电机组半实物仿真平台中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 针对风机大型PLC现场测试成本高、偶然性大、出现的问题难以复现等情况,构建一套在实验室模拟风机现场运行的半实物仿真系统,提出采用CAN总线、CANopen协议来完成仿真软件与PLC实物通信的方法。依据CANopen协议的要求,对风电机组仿真系统中各节点的网络管理报文对象、过程数据对象、服务数据对象等进行研究,利用USB-CAN、Simulink、PLC组建了半实物仿真平台。实验结果表明:采用CANopen协议可以满足风电机组半实物仿真系统中的通信需求。 To the problem of high cost,difficult recurrence and high contingency in the large PLC field test,a set of hardware in the loop platform in the laboratory is set up to simulate the field of wind turbine,the communication way that CANopen profile is used to accomplish the communication between the hardware in the loop platform and PLC is presented.According to the CANopen profile,detail of the network management packet object,process data object,service data object,special function object of simulation wind trubine is designed.Simulink,USB-CAN and PLC are used to build the hardware in the loop platform.The results show that using CANopen profile can meet the communication needs of the hardware in the loop platform of wind turbine.
