摘要
重新定义了非对称阀控制非对称缸系统的负载压力和负载流量,推导出液压缸正、反向运动时的数学模型和传递函数,同时运用MATLAB/Simulink对工程案例进行仿真分析,得出位移响应曲线和负载大小对液压缸位移的影响关系。
This paper redefined the load pressure and flow of the asymmetric cylinder controlled by asymmetric valve,derived the mathematical model and transfer function of hydraulic cylinder doing forward and reverse movement.At the same time,the engineering case is simulated by MATLAB/simulink,and the influences of the displacement response curve and the hydraulic cylinder displacement on the load are obtained.This study will have a certain guiding significance for engineering design and analysis.
