基于无速度传感器控制的压铸轨道车系统仿真

摘要 针对压力铸钢生产线中轨道车速度检测问题,研究了无速度传感器矢量控制系统。将异步电机作为牵引电机,并基于MATLAB/Simulink对无速度传感器矢量控制调速系统进行了建模与仿真。仿真结果表明推算速度能够代替检测速度,完成对轨道车的启动、调速及制动阶段的速度检测,轨道车具有良好的跟随性,能够保证压铸生产线的生产效率。 To the problem in speed detection of railway vehicle,a speed sensorless vector control system was studied.The system was modeled and simulated by MATLAB/Simulink on the basis of asynchronous motor acted as a traction motor.The results show that the calculated speed can replace detection speed and complete starting the railway vehicle and speed dectection on the stages of speed governing and braking.The railway vehicle is good at following and can ensure the production efficiency of pressure cast steel production line.
