摘要
应用连杆机构轨迹发生原理,设计了一种连杆筛分机构来代替传统激振器筛分机构,并利用动力学软件ADAMS对该机构进行虚拟样机建模与动力学仿真,获得其运动轨迹曲线。通过分析可知,该机构运动轨迹符合预期要求,验证了连杆筛分机构代替传统激振器筛分机构的方案是可行的。
By analyzing the linkage trajectory,we design a sieve which applies a connecting rod mechanism instead of traditional vibrator.The model of sieve linkage mechanism is set up,the dynamic simulation is conducted by ADAMS,and the trajectory curve is obtained through the analysis.The results show the mechanism's motion trajectory can meet the expected requirements,and verifies the connecting rod sieve mechanism scheme is feasible.
