摘要
针对以往纺织生产过程中,短纤倍捻机对丝线包角的设定往往采用经验加表格查询,导致对人员依赖性强,不利于生产自动化实现的问题,充分考虑短纤倍捻机的设备与工艺特点,通过对短纤倍捻机丝线包角影响因素的分析,建立了丝线包角的计算模型,并依据短纤倍捻机的实际设计情况,确定了丝线包角的优化设定方法,从而实现了包角计算和设定的自动化控制,提高了生产效率,具有进一步推广应用的价值。
To the problem that the setting of silk thread wrap angle usually adopts experience and form query in textile production in the past,which leads to a strong dependence on personnel and being not conducive to the realization of production automation.In this paper,after fully considering the equipment and process characteristics of short fiber double twister,and analyzing the factors influencing on silk thread wrap angle,we establish a calculation model to calculating the wrap angle,and determine the optimal setting method of the wrap angle according to the actual design,realize the automatic control of wrap angle's calculation and setting,which can save manpower and increase production efficiency.
