摘要
从试验波形、假人放置及评价指标等方面入手,对我国GB13057-2014及澳洲ADR68客车座椅法规进行对比分析。分别进行有约束、无约束两组4次对比试验,从乘员损伤指标、座椅及固定件状态两方面对试验结果进行分析。结果表明,满足GB13057-2014设计要求的情况下,进行ADR68试验仍存在较大风险,主要表现在乘员头部伤害指标HIC及座椅调角器失效,为此在座椅出口澳洲时,要针对靠背及调角装置进行针对性设计。
From aspects of test pulse,dummy placement and evaluation criteria,comparison of GB13057-2014 and ADR68regulation is made.Two groups of comparative tests are done with the condition of both constrained and non-constrained and the results are compared from aspects of dummy injury and anchorage condition.As a result,although the seat has meet the requirement of GB13057-2014,it still has a big risk of failing to pass ADR68.The risk mainly shows in HIC criterion and seat angle adjuster failure.Therefore,in the Australian export,the seat needs special design in backrest and angle adjuster.
