Tension Open-loop Control System Based on 6RA80 for Uncoiler

基于西门子6RA80直流传动装置和S7-300PLC控制器,详细论述开卷机在没有张力反馈的情况下,通过采用转矩前馈补偿控制方式、计算直流传动的转矩设定值以及直流传动装置在不同情况下进行转矩模式与速度模式切换,稳定地控制开卷机张力。工程应用证明了该方法的有效性。

By use of 6RA80 DC driver and S7-300 PLC controller,a tension open-loop control system is developed,which can control the tension of the uncoiler without tension feedback by adopting torque feedforward compensation,calculating the torque set value of the DC driver,and shifting the DC driver control mode between torque mode and speed mode in different conditions.The application result shows the effectiveness of the proposed method.
