摘要
研制的单轴转台用于测试和检验光电跟踪系统中瞄准线独立性。根据提出的转台性能指标,从结构设计、元器件选型和控制模型等方面进行了详细分析和设计,给出了基于PMAC控制器和数字滤波的复合闭环伺服控制策略和实现方案。实验测试结果显示各项指标均达到并超出了提出的设计要求,所设计的转台能够在实验室条件下模拟被测对象在实际工作状态的运动,为实际系统的研制和改进提供了参考依据。
The developed one-axis turntable is used to test the reticle independence of electron optic tracking system.According to the technique data,this article made a detailed analysis and design from the respect of structure design,components selection and control model,and proposed a close loop control solution based on PMAC controller and digital filtering.The results show that every index has reached or gone beyond the design requirements.This designed turntable can simulate the simulated objects' motion in actual work situation,and provide an important reference for improving the performance of test device.
