摘要
为了解决单相交流电弧放电不稳定和射流短的问题,设计了一个六相交流电弧放电装置。六相交流电弧放电相比于单相交流电弧放电更稳定,可以产生更大功率的等离子体。主要介绍六相交流电弧放电装置的电源系统电路设计,并给出了六相交流电源驱动的电弧等离子体放电的伏安特性曲线以及不同弧电流对等离子体射流特性的影响规律。
In order to solve the problem that the single phase AC arc discharge is unstable and the jet is short,a six phase alternating current arc discharge device is designed.Six phase AC arc discharge is more stable than single phase AC arc discharge,and can produce a larger power plasma.In this paper,the design of power supply system for six-phase AC arc discharge device is introduced,and the current voltage characteristic curve of arc plasma and the influence of different arc current on the characteristics of plasma jet are presented.
