脑胶质瘤磁共振灌注成像的研究进展 被引量:10

摘要 胶质瘤是成人最常见的原发性脑肿瘤,常规MRI能为胶质瘤的诊断和治疗提供重要的解剖和功能信息[1]。肿瘤的恶性程度与其微血管结构、肿瘤细胞增殖密切相关,准确评估肿瘤血供及微循环状态对胶质瘤的诊断非常重要。磁共振灌注成像(perfusion imaging,PI)可以对肿瘤微血管分布及血流灌注情况进行定性和定量分析,故能用于诊断胶质瘤。
