China's Peripheral Security Based on The Perspective of FTA Strategy

中国自由贸易区战略的宏观目标是谋求构建立足周边、辐射"一带一路"、面向全球的FTA网络,在维护国家主权、确保国家利益的同时,营造一个有利于经济稳定、快速、可持续发展的良好的国内外安全环境。与宏观目标相呼应,中国的此项战略在周边地区的深层次目标乃是要打造基于FTA网络的周边安全架构,保障周边市场安全、周边交通能源安全、台海安全等相关领域的安全,以利于有效应对和解决周边的传统安全和非传统安全问题。

The macro objective of China＇s FTA Strategy is to set up a network of FTAs, with a foothold in neighbouring regions, an influency across ＂One Belt and One Rold＂, and the vision to the world. While safeguarding national sovereignty and ensuring national interests, the stategy can create a good domestic and international security environment favouring stable, rapid and sustainable economic development. In order to ensure the peripheral market security, peripheral transportation and energy security and the Taiwan Strait security, China set its deep aim of FTA Strategy in neighboufing region as building up a security framework based on the network of FTAs. In that case, the problems of the peripheral traditional security and non-traditional security can be settled effectively.
