摘要
对薄壁塑料制品注塑成型技术及其亟待解决的问题进行分析,提出采用基于Moldflow软件的薄壁注塑制品成型技术进行数值分析,并引入计算机辅助工程技术(CAE)模拟成型过程。采用正交实验法对注射压力、注射速度、熔料温度等工艺参数进行优化。结果表明,在注射压力143 MPa、注射速度13cm^3/s、熔料温度272℃的条件下,获得最小凹缩值和翘曲变形值,分别为4.324%、0.154 6mm。
In this paper, the injection molding technology of thin-walled plastics and its technical problems needed to be solved were analyzed. The injection molding technology of thin-walled products based on Moldflow software was developed for the numerical analysis, and computer aided engineering technology was introduced to simulate the forming process. Orthogonal experiment was used for the parameters optimization of injection pressure, injection speed and melting temperature optimization. The results show that the conditions including the injection pressure of 143 MPa, the injection speed of 13 cm^3/s and the melting temperature of 272 ℃ could result in the minimum concave shrinkage value and warping deformation values of 4. 324% and 0. 154 6 mm, respectively.
