以天然气掺混沼气作为气源的燃气灶燃烧试验

摘要 将重庆地区管道天然气作为基准气,掺混典型组成的沼气(认为甲烷体积分数为60%,二氧化碳体积分数为40%)作为置换气。试验分析沼气掺混比(置换气中沼气体积分数)的变化对家用燃气灶性能、排放特性的影响。沼气的掺混比宜控制在16%以下,燃气灶燃烧稳定,实测折算热负荷、热效率虽然有所下降,但符合GB 16410—2007《家用燃气灶具》的规定,一次空气系数、烟气中一氧化碳、氮氧化物的体积分数也满足标准要求。 The pipeline natural gas in Chongqing region is used as reference gas, and biogas with typical components of methane volume fraction of 60% and carbon dioxide volume fraction of 40% is blended as a conversion gas. The influence of changes in blending ratio of biogas, namely biogas volume fraction in conversion gas on the performance and emission characteristics of domestic gas range is analyzed experimentally. The blending ratio of biogas should be con- trolled at less than 16%, and the combustion of gas range is stable. Although the measured and converted heat load and heat efficiency decline to some extent, that conform to the Domestic Gas Cooking Appliances (GB 16410 -2007 ) , and the primary air ratio ,the vol- ume fractions of carbon monoxide and nitrogen oxides in flue gas meet also the requirements of the national standards.
