船员成本管理控制系统设计研究

摘要 在全球航运业低迷的情况下,我国航运企业将降低成本压力传递到内部船员管理公司。文章通过对船员成本动因和成本性态分析,从构建船员成本预算管理体系、会计报告体系、绩效考核体系三个方面进行研究,提出建立船员成本管理控制系统的方案及相关建议。
