K_2O/PHTS催化1,4-丁二醇单醋酸酯的合成

摘要 以KNO_3为钾源,采用浸渍法制备了一系列改性PHTS固体碱催化剂(K_2O/PHTS),利用XRD、氮气吸附-脱附对催化剂进行了表征、测试。结果表明,K_2O/PHTS样品具有与PHTS相近的晶相结构、织构特征。以催化1,4-丁二醇双醋酸酯选择性酯交换合成1,4-丁二醇单醋酸酯为探针反应,考察K_2O/PHTS的催化性能,显示较好的性能。 A series of K_2O/PHTS catalysts loaded with various amount of K_2O were prepared by the impregnation method using KNO_3 as potassium source,which was characterized by XRD,N_2 adsorption.The results showed that the K_2O/PHTS maintained the main structure of PHTS.The catalytic performance of K_2O/PHTS on transesterification reaction of 1,4butanediol acetate as probe reaction was investigated.
