摘要 建立了DLLME-HPLC-MS法测定煤化工废水中双酚A(BPA)的分析方法。DLLME中,萃取剂为低毒的磷酸三丁酯(TBP),与水溶液中BPA通过氢键作用实现萃取富集,萃取在一次性滴管中完成,滴管细颈部能方便地收集低密度TBP。方法在0.05μg/mL^5.00μg/mL线性良好(r>0.999),日内和日间重现性用相对标准偏差表示分别为3.5%和6.7%,检测限为0.1ng/mL,实际样品加标回收率为87.5%~102.3%。方法成功用于6种煤化工水样中BPA的测定。 Concentration of bisphenol A(BPA)in coal chemical industrial wastewater analysis methods by DLLME-HPLC-MS were developed.In the DLLME method,TBP as an extractant extracted BPA by hydrogen bonding.The extraction process was implemented in a disposable dropper with narrow and long neck,which could easily collect TBP.The method linearity was good in the range of 0.05μg/ml^5.00μg/ml(r0.999).The intra-day and inter-day reproducibility were 3.5% and 6.7%achieved in relative standard deviation.The detection limit was 0.1ng/ml.Recoveries were ranged from 87.5% ~102.3%.The developed method was successfully applied for the analysis of BPA in 6water samples.
